We saw a cat with a small meal for the day and your left starving, anyone whose been hungry here gets grumpy too. Cat got some fucked up conditions in the winter where there is no cover and pitch silence in the snow makes it easy to hear any sound.

Think about it, how in the world would you get a mic near a wild cat? The sounds are either from a pallas in captivity or domestic cat sounds. There's no doubt though that the cat IS making some sounds, and they try their best to match it

That's because your pet cat Leia (beautiful name by the way) isn't genetically very different from wild cats. That's why they're such a danger to wild cat populations, because they are close enough that they can interbreed and create a bunch of hybrids.

Wildlife cameramen's work is bloody hard as it is and to make such a brilliant short film is twice harder. Total respect for those who had to find this cat in the frozen fields and kept their asses frozen for many hours just to get this awesome footage. Oh, and the cat is adorable too, ofc.
