Gaza is an occupied province in Israel. As the occupiers, Israel are required by law to provide for Gazans and govern them as they would other provinces. Instead Israel has imposed a blockage since 2007, disallowing Gazans from moving in or out of the province. In every aspect it is a jail. In every aspect, the Gazan people are freedom fighters. Occupation is a war crime. Denial of basic goods is a war crime. Forced displacement is a war crime. Bombing hospitals is a war crime. Genocide is a war crime. Someone wont talk about the pogroms in the 1920's before Israel existed. International organaziations were the reason for the previous status quo. A two state solution wasnt just a false hope, but misguided truth. Hamas got to power and was given aid to misappropriate (U.S, E.U, U.N, even Bibi), the international community effectively gave psuedo soveriegnty of Gazans to a corrupt, Islamist terrorist group. Noone in their right mind can excuse the reality that Palestinians are lead by those who either seek greed, corruption, hatred, and power. Abbas, Arafat, Hexbollah, etc. have all been allowed to grow fat with fungible aid while giving none to the "oppressed" that you'll only talk about ideologically instead of rationally. Also, "disrespected both Muslims and Christians"... I missed the part where everyone assumed religious toleration was a thing when we all know its not true. Get rid of terrorists who's literal call of life is an ideology where Jesus comes back Muslim in Gaza to wipe out the Jews (Israelites). The Palestinian "cause" is a trope: used as some moral stick by the new whose who in power games. Whether it be invading Israel, self-enrichment, terroris, etc. it seems the only people who have never benefited is the average Palestinian. There's a reason why theres hundreds of thousands of generational Palestinian refugees in other middle eastern copuntries. It seems like the only ones who get out end up "leading" Palestinians from mansions in Qatar or the U.K.

Great video. Thank you for sharing. Important to mention that, even with access to the sea, Gazans are only allowed to travel 9 nautical miles in boats thanks to Israeli restrictions. Going any further is prohibited by Israeli law and subjects Gazans to having their boats shot at. Just another way in which the occupation keeps Palestinians in Gaza trapped from every side.

To listen to this telling, you would have no clue about the relentless Gaza terrorism across its borders, nor about Egypt's blockade of the borders, nor about the Gazan people's free choice to elect a Hamas government (and its subsequent actions) in the last free election Gaza ever had. No, according to this, everything is Israel's fault and Hamas and Egypt are blameless. A factory was bombed? No reason given why it was chosen as a target; no mention of fabrication of weapons and rockets. No power? No mention of Gaza's rockets destroying Israeli power lines feeding Gaza, nor about Gazan Hamas operatives shooting at Israeli linemen trying to fix them. No concrete? No mention of how it is used to line and structurally support infiltration tunnels built to attack the Israelis. When helium is supplied to work in Gaza hospital MRI's, it is diverted to be used in arson and explosive-laden balloons sent to Israel. The next time Insider does a report on Gaza medical care, it will unquestioningly spout the Hamas line that Israel deprives Gaza of helium for no reason.
