Too many people can’t get over something not being like the classic costume and simply make changes to make it look more classic. Why? Because it’s the suit they saw Spider-man in the most, not because it’s better but because it’s “classic.” They’ll likely give Wolverine a cool new look and what will people do? Make changes to make it look closer to his original look because it’s “classic.” Not better, just older.

Literally the only thing that needs to be changed on the new advanced suit is the addition of boots or some sort of additional web patterning on the legs, and the original white gauntlets on the first advanced suit. The new ones look way too chunky and don't make a lot of sense. Also those segmented blue portions are meant for more flexibility. The darker patches are located where all of the joints on Peter's body are, it's where he's gonna be bending and twisting the most.

I can't lie I love how the legs look and disliked the side patches on the 1.0 heavily for me that part is what mainly made the 1.0 so much worse than the 2.0

@@baldlegsanji5460 fair enough, I at the very least want the side patches back if they don't add boots. It kinda kept the webbing and red more consistent throughout the suit. The suits would be nice, but for me, the bare minimum is adding those red thigh patches back. But thats just me

@@jose97777 i wouldn't say they look *horrible*, maybe you've just seen some bad boot designs on the advanced suit. And the reason to want them is mainly to balance out the red throughout the suit. Literally something as simple as those red patches on the first one will do, it's just that the boots are the most traditional way to add more red to a Spider-Man suit

In my humble opinion, if they had the suit at 8:36 but with the gloves/gauntlets, boots and the leg strips from 1.0 it'd be absolutely perfect. A straight 11/10. I am absolutely in love with that emblem. Also yes, I like the leg strips and I will die on that hill.

I love that emblem too, wouldn’t mind an alternate without the top tendrils going up the shoulders. I think the blue strips on the shoulders are one of the only things i dislike about the 2.0

@@hopefullyanonymous3466 Don't get me wrong I don't dislike the 2.0 suits, I just preferred the white highlights on the first game. They stood out more and seemed more like little bits of armour that were actually functional rather than just white patches on a suit. I'm not a fan of the blue stops either though, I think the shoulders look much better without the blue divide.

something I want to point out it's been stated in things that for ps4 spider man or now ps5 spider man the blue is meant for full flexibility the red is meant for great flexibility and some protection and the white is meant as mainly protection and not that good flexibility so yeah just keep that reminder when making redesigns of the ps4 or ps5 suits

As with the Anti-Venom, none of the redesigns here for me personally is any improvement over the one we actually have in-game. I also wouldn't bring back red boots at all for the Advanced suit to be completely honest. Red boots works on the classic suit, but for some reason I just do not think they work or look any good on the Advanced suit. I agree that we need some more red around the legs, but without turning it back into boots.

I personally love the first advanced suit more, I just wish the red, and only that from the 2.0 carried over. The blue was great, prominent black lines, and that red stripe balanced the blue heavy legs

Genuinely don't think it needs boots. I also hate the ones that get rid of the blue shoulder cuts, it takes away one of the staples of the suit and ruins the framing of the front logo. And extending the front logo onto his arms is honestly terrible. What we got is almost perfect

i love the 2.0 suit. i hated the original, i never used it when i played the first game, but i used the 2.0 suit all the way through for the second game. i personally like the lack of red boots. i think the all blue legs make him look more acrobatic and agile. he looks a lot sleeker without the boots imo

Nice designs. However, my personal change would have simply been removing the separations between the arms and belt area, and have the boots cover up to the knee, following the seams outlines. As for the varying blue areas, I think I have an accurate enough theory on them. Remember in the first game promo material where it was said the the blue areas allow more flexibility and is more breathable? Well, that is my thought. If one looks closely enough, the material in the articulation areas a different than others, such as the sides of the thighs. My guess is that, much like how body armor has certain points made with different materials to allow movement, the same is applied here. That's my theory at least.

Too much white is on the suit. The shoulders needs bridging rather than having those blue thin line interrupted the red. Two big white spider logos was a mistake and on should be a nice small black one.
