Can we reverse the process to get back napta and crude oil back from plastic !
@karthi_explains4 жыл бұрын
Thank you Harsh Rawat for you Comment. Yes, It is possible, We can convert Plastic back into usable Fuel. This Process is Called "PLASTIC PYROLYSIS" Also Known as DEPOLYMERIZATION. In this process long Polymer molecules (plastic) are broken down into shorter chains of Hydrocarbons with the help of heat and pressure. A catalyst is added to lower the temperature and increase the yield. it's a Complex Process and also dangerous because we are dealing with Hydrocarbons. but For Understand Purpose The Process of Plastic Pyrolysis means Simply Extracting The Usable Fuel Oil From Waste plastic. In order to extract the oil, plastic needs to be heated to over 400 °C, in absence of oxygen At this temperature, the long-chain molecules from the plastic are cracked and produce synthetic crude oil That's it. And it is very hard to explain that complex process in this comment section If you want to learn more about this topic Here are some links to other websites and videos : www.instructables.com/id/Waste-Plastic-to-Fuel/ ourworld.unu.edu/en/plastic-to-oil-fantastic www.gallactronics.com/2012/12/how-to-make-oil-from-plastic.html kzbin.info/www/bejne/pYPOh4ydg7FrpJI www.omv.com/en/blog/reoil-getting-crude-oil-back-out-of-plastic kzbin.info/www/bejne/iF6vmJKhq7GUd68 kzbin.info/www/bejne/bH2acmqth9hkiJo kzbin.info/www/bejne/iHavhZ-JaM14e5Y

Wow, such a complex process! My biggest question is though, how did ANYONE even come up with the ideas to orchestrate such processes to create plastic in the first place? Seems very unlikely that some would think of this out of thin air. I know that MANY ideas and inventions come from fortunate or even not so fortunate accidents or by trying to create something else. But as you can see in this well detailed video, NOBODY would be thinking of implementing a process like this to create something new, haha! Makes one think real hard...

Cast iron pans have a layer of oil that "polymerizes" to produce the tough and stick-resistant layer. I imagine someone could potentially be interested in that and research further into it. Or maybe something similar happened, not exactly the cast iron example, I'm just spitballing

Very well done! A bit technical, yet easy enough for us dummies to understand. Good job. Slightly entertaining animations (without being too flashy), and good static diagrams to show the flow of information. Good basic descriptions, and some background info, without being too technical (that can get tedious and overwhelming). You could make videos and presentations like this for ANYTHING. Like, "How A Virus Works", or really anything. People would want you to come give presentations everywhere. You could do videos on how people are injured on the job the most, and safety on the job for different industries. Corporations would pay you to help decrease on-the -job injury losses. 👍 Hope you do well. :)

With so many children no allowed to return to the classroom, your videos with voice overs and animation text in several languages could be sold to schools globally. Many children struggle to learn without visualizing what they're reading. I struggled in silence with dyslexia until I was 15. I took me until the fifth grade to learn how to read at a first grade level. Due to this I was head back twice in primary school. My parents were told I was too lazy and immature to continue due on with the rest of the class. Without proper reading skills I failed to understand or absorb the material I was reading. Therefore I failed to pass most subjects. The exception was mathematics. Because I had no issue with numbers, I focused on mathematics. To actually understand something was a huge boost to my ego and signaled to my parents that I was not lazy or immature. They knew something was not right. Tests, tests, and more tests. It wasn't until a librarian asked me to read to her, just her and I alone, that we finally discovered what was wrong. Suddenly everything made sense to everyone. I was no stupid, lazy, or too immature to move to the next grade level, I was dealing with a severe learning disability. This explained why I easy passed math and subjects which used a lot of visual aids. With today's technology, a screen in nearly every child's hand all day long, far more visual aids are used and available today than I had over 30 years ago. Now with schools remaining closed, teaching staff can't see the obvious clues and signs of a child struggling. Therefore, I believe there is a need for lessons to include videos to help children better understand the text in front of them. Videos are far more attention grabbing than hours upon hours of black and white text. At least when we are in the classroom, we have open dialogue and teachers interacting with text and visual aids. A solo student, particularly those under the age of 12, struggle to keep their focus on the text. Add to this both parents at work, physical abuse, mental abuse, depression, anxiety, parental substance abuse, domestic violence, broken homes, parents tending to other children, and those parents who simply don't care enough for their child's education. Last spring we saw the results of children left to learn by themselves in all sorts of environments. Many otherwise good students quickly fell behind. Some of this was due to an ill prepared education system. However, we've had all summer to come up with a way to remotely educate the students. At least those who were smart enough to listen to the professionals and not a few leaders. This new improved system should include a lot of videos and other visual tools to aid children with all sorts difficulties. We have far more students with difficulties than we possibly think. Particularly those in rough homes. Wow. That was a lot of nothing to stress the point of these videos being a great tool to add to the teaching toolbox globally. The brightly colored animation really grabs children of all ages attention. If you're not marketing these videos to educators, you should. Hire someone or companies to translate text, add voice overs and tweak the speed in areas of added text.... bam you have digital files to sell and email to educators and libraries all over the world. Let's be honest many videos put out by the government for education are not all that exciting. I remember having to watch 40 year old films. Yes... many were in black and white or were poorly converted to color. Not only were these videos boring, but the teacher would spend 10-20 minutes going over outdated information in the video to provide the correct figures. For someone like myself, they are left confused. Studying off of notes from a video, for a test, would add further confusion as I would easily recall info from the video and not my note showing the corrected info. It is for this very reason I failed many tests covering video content. Cheers!
