Lex your one of my favs mostly because your absolute honesty and you remind me of me 35 years ago... Those that are totally driven to be the best end up having those sort of things absorb there entire life. It is both a curse and an asset to realize that at your young age. It took me many years to realize that lucky for me I had a great wife and business who supported me even though i have made money at poker every year for 38 years I have never truly gone pro. It did buy a lot of nice toys over the years and The first 5 years of my business it supported my business habit. I could have easily lost a business or relationship over poker it is extremely addictive and if there is a good game with a few whales almost harder to leave that table than it is to keep the other parts of life in balance.

Dude I can feel you. I wanted to become a musician and was practising, composing etc. for 10 years straight doing nothing else. I messed up college and lost friends cause I had rarely time. After 10 years I decided to let the dream go cause even I earned money it was just too much work. Looking back it feels really bad giving up cause u put so much effort in it for such a long time. Glad that you found a new passion and a new life qith Poker. I‘m still trying to figure out what to do. Maybe I will study Psychology next year. By the way it would be really nice if we could see one of your relationships on the video 😁

TY for your background story. I can relate with the intensity of studying. I'm a horse player. I crammed 6hours every morning for 3yrs, teaching myself how to handicap a race. Balance is key in life. I struggle with that as a traveling technician working 60 to 80 hours a week, with a wife at home and five children, trying to balance out being a provider and a father and a husband. You're doing good brother
