My dad was in the police force for around 20 years, and I used to visit him during my summer and pooja vacations. From Jumla to Taplejung, everywhere he was posted, I visited him. And what I feel is that, apart from the lack of proper facilities and all, the biggest issue plaguing the police force is political interference. Thanks Nepali Comment for making this video.

Whether it was a fake encounter or a legit encounter... It was a much needed action at that time... Do you recall before the encounters of Chari & Ghaite, Kathmandu was notorious for gangfights,kidnapping,gunfires and more dirty cases... It was very hard for ordinary people to adjust with bully and so on as these gang members used to run the streets. But after these 2 encounters,all the so called gangsters were backing off from public bullying... Though crime rates haven't decreased but such things were eliminated. If they start fake encountering the rapist and cold blooded murders... I believe crime rates will slow by miles. amazing content brother!

thats not how law and order works, if that was the case why do we have court?? give every right to excecutive then. I am not defending what Chari Don did, but a proper trial should have been done and should have been punished according to the law. The way many people feel about justice is so immature, we should not get inspired by movies like singam. Okay you kill an actual criminal today, and tomorrow but if this continues for sure an Innocent will be killed. Weather a accused is actual criminal or not is decided by judiciary after peoper investigation and trial not just excecutive (police). There is a reason why seperation of power among judiciary, excecutive and legislative and they all check and balance each other. It is our duty to respect our constitution.

Dinesh Adhikari aka chari is played by three great players; kp oli, madhav k. Nepal and bamdev gautam side by side. They raised him and nourished him to grow their inividual political career through criminal activities. He was safe still then, when he was obidient to them and their orders. But when chari went out of their hand and grew more criminal and became useless burden for them. Then they finished his chapter. Bad part of politics. but, good point is that many criminals so called gangsters stopped their level of crime after his death. I can't imagine, what would had my country become if he was not dead.

My grandma and uncle had faced loot from this chari gang. 20 people came in to our house in Dhading and they stole all the Jewel and cash. It was mid night and before they could even scream, weapons were on my grandma's neck and they had captured my aunty uncle and sisters. She declined cognitively cause of this trauma. My family did report to police but as a middle-class family, the case was just dismissed cause we had no proof. Later on it was identified that those were the members of this shitty person and the fear lead nowhere. I was genuinely pleased to know that this shithole passed away. Aama ra orphans haru laii maya garey pani they did dirty to my family. Especially my Hajuraama. Shame on these people.

I believe some tired and frustrated individuals took the matter in their own hands and finished the case. I really understand that those goons might have chosen a good path if they lived. But the question is, was it guaranteed? If they continued bullying, kidnapping, shooting in the valley, just imagine how many other families would have suffered and would have gotten ruined. So, ethically, it (fake encounter) wasn’t a good act, but it was needed to keep the balance in society.

i know arpan koirala and his family personally, Khusbu oli has a great hand in the killing of Chari don. Arpan and khubu had dated for almost around 8 years during which time khusbu had almost taken all the money arpan and his family had he sold 3 or 4 of his houses and gave it to khusbu arpan brought his family to road while dating the girl, when khusbu found out that all of arpans money has finished she started dating chari don. chari and arpan were very close friends and she played both of them . The only person who has benefitted from charis death was khusbu oli she also came to limelight after this incident she ran away to england after this incident a warrant had been issued in her name form the court for check bounce case and she needed to serve two years of jail in 2020. She is also from surunga jhapa where kp oli is also around from and they have a close tie she came to media after chari's dath due to kp oli as he wanted to create another aspect of the story so that chari's connection with kp oli won't be much highlighted in the media

I still remember that day...we were playing football at Nursery ground which is just few minutes away from the spot where Chari was shot dead..We were returning home and on the way we saw a large group of people....there we saw chari lying dead on the side of the road and we were forced to leave from the site by the police....the only thing i till think about today is why didn't we heard the gunshots...It was a jungle area and there were barely any houses so there were no noises coming from anywhere...and were just around the corner playing football

This video felt kind of biased. Those goons needed to go away and Nepal Police did what was the best. Be it planned murder or encounter, the ultimate result was in favor of people.
