Was wondering if you experience leads that get in touch only to realize that most are not interested very much in your service even though they filled out the lead form. Do you believe the client needs to be warmed up to your brand always?

Great question - with any kind of marketing - ads included - they'll be a % of people who are ready to book right away, a % of people who are interested but not quite ready and a % that sneak on even though they are not really interested in what you have or aren't serious about it. It's great when we get the people who are ready right away but if not, it doesn't mean that the marketing isn't working. There is an element of keeping your leads warm and nurturing them via social media content, emails, texts etc.
