I read the web novel so it might be a little off so take it with a grain of salt. Rimuru is the strongest of them all, why? Because he literally survived the collapse of time and space continuum and destruction of causality brought by that sus looking friend of his who actually is the boss of claymans boss forgot the name sorry. Also with the help of Rafael he fixed the multiversal destruction caused by the event and returned back time before the destruction and erased the culprit thus gaining omnipotence and omnipresence. Rimuru is a total op character. Not only that, using his new found skill, he returns to earth, saves himself from dying from the stab wound then transplants a part of his soul to his former body with his entire memories of him getting Isekai. Then when his coworker asked (how are you feeling?) after waking up in the hospital bed due to a coma induced by a soul transplant, rimuru in his former body said. It's weird but let me tell you a story about The Time I Reincarnated as a Slime. Now that's how you deliver an ending to a good novel, with a bang!
