Veldora himself had the second highest magicules of the true dragons as explained in the light novel. The only true dragon that has more power than him is veldanava. The only reason veldora constantly gets beat up by his sister is because he is scared of them since they literally use to kill him and let him get reborn everytime ever since his birth as a form of discipline which is why eventhough he technically has more power than them he is scared shitless of them which is why he gets beat up easily whenever they confront each other. Not only did rimuru absorb the magicules of the second highest magicules in the world aka veldora, he also absorbed velgrynds as well and even gained both of their skills. He will probably gain velzard dragon core as well by the end of the series

Just wanna comment about the astounding job Rimuru did to turn a humble goblin village into a technologically advanced metropolis which also helped modernize much of the western kingdoms after the war with the angels. It has reached a point where even the people of the defeated eastern kingdom put their faith in Rimuru when Velda threatened the continent with the apocalypse. Also not mentioned in the video is Tempest's alliance with the Tengu and friendship with Velgrynd, time-looped Chloe, and Leon Cromwell. Also his emplyees Laplace and Tear.

Before that, Souei and Laplace were engaged in a game of assassination and they can't seem to take each other out while Benimaru went one on one with Kagali and destroyed her. When Kagali was defeated, Velda saw it fit to get rid of her and used a defeated Footman as a bomb to destroy Leon Cromwell's domain alongside Leon, Misery, Benimaru, Souei, Laplace, and Tear (who already admitted earlier on that she is no match for Benimaru and Souei and just stood back). After the war, they were introduced to Rimuru and has since worked for him.

The only people that can make it passed zegion are velgrynd, velzard, milim and guy. Literally only four people in the entire show outside of tempest can actually make it passed zegion so there's literally no point in putting veldora in the thing 😂

So if I heard right, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but part of the reason the Tenma War is only once every 500 years is because out side of the Primordial Angels and Michael, every other angel only had a short time limit they could exist in the Central World. So really, in terms of a war of attrition against the angels, The Army's of Tempest should be able to win the Tenma War. Assuming they can take out the key figurs, which I think they have been.

To add on that, Shuna has probably reached the divinity as well as she has recently awakened her own ultimate skill. Apito also has reached divinity already and now has the power to create her own army of majins so as Zegion. Gadra is as strong as Adalman or probably stronger. I think Shuna herself deserves a spot among the executives. She awakened her own ultimate skill without Ciel gifting it. Normally, the ones who awakened their own Ultimate Skills are stronger than the ones who received the Ultimate Gift.

I will count Rimuru ,his 12 Guardian Lords + Hakurou ,Souei,Shuna,Gobta and maybe Veldora .Many of Nazarick's forces are fodder to them (except the true fighting force of Nazarick that resides on floor 8) so the true battle is between Ainz and the floor guardians + some extras vs Rimuru and his peers .It will not be an easy battle ,but Rimuru's overwhelming power as a true dragon will be enough to secure victory .As strong as Ainz's death magic is ,it has no chance against the power of the void .
