Currently? I dont think so,her last version we saw was a corrupted wanda,so a weakened One (like in the comics,when cthon control Wanda he cant access to her true power,only a small fraction) in the mcu (MoM)She seem strong only because she kill people but look at Wandavision Wanda, without knowledge she created a pocket reality inside another reality,warped thousands of people, built a house from nothing and separeted the Power of the mind stone from her. (Sorry if I wrote a lot haha) Anyway about your question I think only in comics she can do that

Wanda the has potential to. She has a lot of power. Now if Wanda were to channel something with massive power, her reality warping would advance incredibly. Also Wanda was weaker in wandavision. Agatha had the power of her entire coven and that was enough to stop her from aging. Wanda absorbed all this power, making her abilities even stronger which is prob why she survived a broken neck and her body contorting In the comics, Wanda absorbed the dark hold and that allowed her to absorb the god of chaos magic, chthon. This version of Wanda is no longer a mortal, but a goddess
