Really like that point around the 4-5 min marker. I’d like to add emphasis that everyone’s journey is different. There’s no true marker outside self evaluation because you can never be somebody else. The more people understand that and effectively “stay in their lane” the more they’ll come to understand that truthfully, there’s more than enough bread on the table for everyone to succeed.

I definitely prioritize protein and it for sure helps me maintain current body weight and lose fat when needed. Unfortunately my brother is vegetarian (for "ethical" reasons, not health reasons). I have not idea how someone who eats like he does can prioritize protein. He can barely get the minimum amount in any given day. He is overweight. I want to help him, but eating copious amounts of meat is not an option for him. Rice and beans to him is "high" protein lol. He knew rice was basically pure carbs, but he did not realize how high in carbs beans are until I pointed it out to him.

no lie my brother went vegan and got cancer a few years later. Along with his extra gained body fat from all those carbs(50-60 pounds). The first thing the doctors made him do was start eating meat again...go figure.

Obviously depends on your weight but my breakfast is usually eggs and ground beef, and a big steak at night it’s actually kind of harder to go under

Tuna steak and shrimp are super high protein. Plus, lean ground beef has a high protein/ounce ratio without as much fat

@@Football__Junkie avoid too much tuna, it's high in Mercury which can be VERY bad. Sardines and mackerel are much safer.
