My advice to everyone out there. If you happen to get a message that you visit a police station for there is a small issue you are needed to assist in, DO NOT GO ALONE, i repeat, DO NOT PRESENT YOURSELF IN THAT STATION ALONE ! Usually they make a very friendly request. Ukiona 'nani' mwambie nataka kumuona kidogo. The moment you step in that place, you will never be free again. Always send somebody to enquire on your behalf, either you send your parents, or pastor or a lawyer.

Some of police stations during Moi era were very rotten.With shoddy,poor investigations,the complainant would be easily be the accused and would be easily be locked up and fake charges would levelled against the innocent and left to rot in jail.We thank God that the Kibaki administration brought in the new constitution which has brought some beams of legal and constitutional rights in our societies and Kenya at large

This was in 1989.Bonaventure had no reason to fear going to the morgue to see whether he could identify the corpse. Once he said he knew her, he was now required to record a statement. The only problem is that the killer who was his neighbor and also had an affair with the lady, may have had powerful people in the police who helped him escape justice and frame Mr. Bonaventure for the murder he did not commit.
@ogana_M
@ogana_M 10 ай бұрын
@@edwingichobi1657. The real murderer who was Bonaventure's neighbor at Emusire Boys High School may have had powerful people in the police force who covered for him and framed Bonaventure. How else do you explain that the man told police the lady came to his house on a Saturday when Bonaventure had traveled home for the weekend, when records at the school gate show that the lady came two days earlier and booked that she was going to Felix kubai's house? Or why the police did not see it fit to get the parent in the red car to clarify whether he had given a lift to the lady on his way out or not?

His innocence is crystal clear the way he is so much at ease and peaceful. He narrates the difficulties he went through so comfortably without a frown or disdain. I like the way he puts attention to details, indeed he ďdnt become a teacher by choice but by calling. Apart from writing a book what next for him? Can we please come together and register MPESA paybill no on his behalf at least at his age he can put his life together and start a small project. Hata mchango wa Ksh 100 kutoka kwa mtu tutabarikiwa. WOI! so sad 34 yrs wasted but not wasted he spread knowledge and humility to others

Nimekwambia ilikuwa on a Thursday nisikize vizuri sana on a Thursday afternoon siku ambayo huyu mwalimu alikuja kwangu akaniuliza kama nitaenda nyumbani on Friday. Okay nimeelewa hapo so on a Monday ndio munaonana?! Hapana hapana wewe haushiki. The lawyer who represented him during the appeal was a useless lawyer as were the 2 lazy Appeal court Judges,Gicheru, and Kwach ,who failed to give their individual rulings forcing Judge Tunoi to fall into their trap of denying this man the justice he deserved. The CID officers who investigated the case were probably under pressure from their seniors to exonerate Felix Kubai and frame Bonaventure Mukhwana Mutali for the murder he did not commit.

In summary, the former high school teacher spent 34 years in Kenyan prisons for the murder of his girlfriend that was committed when he had traveled home for the weekend.From his narrative, his neighbor in school, also a male teacher gave conflicting statements to him and to police leading one to think that it was his neighbor who actually killed his girlfriend as she was actually dating both of them and was pregnant at the time of her murder.

Every year people claimed she would be seen at night screaming. 14:48 What i wondered though this teacher did not have classes to teach on Monday and Tuesday so he waited for the school fees balance that he returned back to school on Wednesday na mtoto wa ndugu yake "Benard"?! On whose authorisation or permission does the teacher skip school for two days because of organizing to take his brothers son to join the same school 😎🤔!

It's quite unfortunate that he became a jail bird through the betrayal of his he colleague teacher who should repent for his sins.

Not unless youre a keen listener you cant understand that he was framed ,the only people who could set him free its the tr who they met akienda shop n asked how they are related to him,n he told him the lady has been with the other tr since Thursday, later to say he was joking, n the watchman who allowed the lady to enter the school premises n said he was going to the same friend, as per me think bribe started long time ago n thats why the friend walked free and they used the same tr who said the lady was at the friends house later twisted the statement which its obvious the statement he gave shows that our guest wanted to get rid of the pregnancy, anyway as a said only a sober keen person can understand the whole story this goes to those people accusing the guest,learn how to listen first before pointing out 😢😂😢😢

@@patrickkamau4148 Did you really understand the story?Just asking because how could the guest have murdered the lady and yet he was not in the premises before and after the incident? I believe this Mzee is innocent and the said Kubai committed the crime.
