Great Interview Brenton ? Re Nutrition rightly or wrongly I assume a morning swim (1hr) needs less / no carbs as your body is fully rested from a nights sleep .. ? Wrong I assume ?

She had a good swim for her, yes. Just VITS discussions and "thinking in precision" may shows its results, after and after. But after that triathlon swimming at all is still not really up to date in 2024, in technique skills, and in results. Consider those all are professionals, not agies. So basically technique abilities from all them should be at a professional level, even the performance outcome it self can and will be different. But I watching some of them pro's doing weired things while swimming. No wonder, as they practice only 25/50/100 and time in hours per week, or whatever, which means only sampling meters - no view at quality or very little, and never ever one will have controll while exercising meters. Thats a big fatal broad misunderstanding in swim training worldwide, still in 2024 - I am going for to make that changing completely, turns 180 degrees. I know 99,999 % of all ambitious swimmers are burning and wasting dozends of hours each week or month for almost no developing effect in ability and performance. I really wondering how do people accept this all the years all the time - and also olympic swimmers do it in the same way. Puhhh. A change is really necessary. Good Video and talk Brenton. And to all coaches, there is hope and the're opportunities and possibilities are waiting to come out ... 🙂
