Fake - I live and Work in New Zealand, specifically at Fonterra where I work as an Ultrafiltration operator for Whey Protein Concerntrate and Lactoferrin production. Safety standards are through the roof and protein is extracted from the milk using clarification, Ultrafiltration and then Spray Drier all with hairnets and mandatory sanitiser sprays at every single door.
