How Pure Sine Wave Inverter works ?
How to convert DC Voltage to Pure Sine Wave AC ?
In practice SPWM (Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation) microcontrollers are used in pure sine wave inverters to generate an accurate AC sine wave.
This microcontroller can store the required commands received through proper designing of switching pulses, to generate the necessary waveform for the inverter.
The basis is to use an H-bridge with IGBT switches, to reverse the load current alternately, by inverting the DC voltage across the load terminals.
All these things are explained well in this video, with fine animation work.

I made an application with a sine table with values from 0-255 (8 bits) to generate the wave for PWM, with 120° of phase shift, using only Mosfets (IRFZ44N and IRF9540), including optocoupler with BC337/BC327 for swtiching before the Mosfets. I could make a "smooth" signal as well without burning anything. The PWM frequency was 10kHz. Would that be considered as a SPWM? I would like to try it with IGBT one day to compare.

I was hoping you would explain dead time to prevent short circuit on the H-bridge. Also some form of voltage feedback for voltage sag or input voltage fluctuation compensation.

Yes, "dead time" is a brief delay applied in switching circuits, such as H-bridges, to prevent short circuit conditions. For an H-bridge with IGBTs, a dead time of around 1-5% of the total switching period is common. This ensures safety and efficiency in typical IGBT-based H-bridge circuits.

Good video. Do you have anything that talks about the 100% low-side method and 50% offset method for Sin Inverters?

The 100% low-side method and the 50% offset method are two common techniques used for generating sinusoidal waveforms in sinusoidal inverters (often for applications like motor drives or uninterruptible power supplies). Both methods are used in pulse-width modulation (PWM) control schemes for producing AC outputs from a DC input, but they differ in how they generate the sinusoidal waveform, particularly in terms of how the modulating signal interacts with the switching signals of the inverter. Will try to do a video on this when time permits.

If the LED on your EGS002 board is blinking, it typically indicates a fault or warning condition that the board is detecting. Please go through the manual for fault detecting or get the help of a good technician.
