this literally happens w everything these days and the most prominent examples r wednesday and squid game.. when they first came out everyone absolutely loved em and they even started calling em the best series ever.. and then that person came and wrote "overrated" and here we go.. this alone was enough to turn all the people from biggest fans to haters.. suddenly without even any reason like a herd all their comments became js negative.. ppl these days js feel like robots.. with no one having a real personal opinion w real reasons..

This also goes to Kamen Rider Revice... According to my experience in the fandom, at first Revice was considered amazing. But as time goes by it gets criticized by many fans due to the flaws within the 2nd half arc, it feels divisive now. Most show reboots also tend to get a lot of hate because it feels trying to be cool in the modernity like the cartoon reboots and some revivals that looked bad too

this has a really good point, though. it's all mob psychology. it's all fine until someone says they dislike something. then some more people with the same opinion can relate. but then other people who actually like it start getting scared because they feel like they're wrong for liking it and they start hating it, too. and then other people are convinced to hate it and it spreads. you're right. the internet is not a group of people, it is a hive mind.

This is honestly the most accurate perspective on the internet that actually fits well, Every time, when a new movie/TV show/indie show releases, people are always going to be like: "Oh, I like this, it's a masterpiece 👌 👏 😃" And there's these KZbin critics that are like: "na, this is mid/awful/terrible 👎🙄😑" And look, I get that not all movies or shows can be a masterpiece or even a good one. There are multiple video games that I've seen this happen to. Mario Odyssey, Breath of the Wild, Tears of the Kingdom, Fire Emblem Three Houses, every fricking Sonic game, God of War 2018, God of War Ragnarok, Spider-Man 2 PS5, Ghost of Tsushima, Tales of Arise, Persona 5, Persona 3 Reload, and it even happened with Mario Wonder recently. It even happens the other way around where a game is originally disliked but then beloved later. Pokémon Black & White, Wind Waker, Xenoblade X, also every fricking Sonic game, etc. Like bruh lmao

@@madnessarcade7447Gens 3-5 used to be crapped on a lot back when they were new, but now they have a huge fanbase that praises them as the best Pokémon games in the franchise.

Literally, I cannot surf the internet for anything Three Houses related without someone getting into some dumb debate about whether Rhea or Edelgard are evil villians. And I'm just here like, "can I just....love them both equally???" Lol

then the *real* fans get hated for being fans, or get stereotyped as the crazy fans that were willing to start a fight over not liking it (2:04). Unfortunately this video is accurate, people just hate random things or even PEOPLE for absolutely no reason. Sometimes there’s a reason, but the reason isn’t reasonable.

Yeah, its either everyone hates it day 2 or its a perfect 50/50 split of haters and lovers who would genuinely die for their point.

When the Rescue Rangers movie released, everyone seemed to like it until 1 week later when all of a sudden they hated it.

Who ever just starts hating and doing all these hate comments and threats don’t deserve to be entertained with the things that they hate nor do they deserve to interact with the person that made it (unless that person did something bad of course, but that’s still limited to how much hate they really deserve. There are actual people out there that just threatened people for no reason and that’s not really what they deserve). Those people could at least ignore what they hate and focus more on what they really like rather than wasting their energy on something that they really hate when no one else cares.

am i the only one that noticed that Grant incorporates so much meta-analysis that i dont even know what is real anymore? how could he continually shatter that matrix right in our faces like that? should we keep accepting it and let him become more powerful?
