it could work well. E.g u can make "weaker" fruits havbe lower cooldowns and have fun abilities whereas the more "powerful" ones could have slow cooldowns for powerful moves

One piece fruit is not equally rare. All of the characters in one piece whenever they see an Ancient Zoan User: ancient Zoan huh, that's so rare. I think this is the fruit rarity: 1. Zoan type is Common 2. Paramecia type is Uncommon 3. Ancient Zoan type is Rare 4. Logia type is Legendary 5. Mythical Zoan type is Mythical

we don't know how they will let us get haki and getting the basics for haki doesn't make senses as end game at all because for one anyone with a logia will have extra hp best case and worst case unhittable without haki so yeah

Im a big OG admiral trio supporter so any of those logias and maybe sand. Lightning is good but enel is a bum so it will hit different using that. Also maybe youll be able to rob ships like shanks to find a fruit.

I’m more thinking you can only get a fruit from doing raids, or get a Man Made / Happy Happy Fruit from the Marines and your level determines your success of actually obtaining a fruit power (though weaker)
