Lets be honest here, Deion Sanders coaching the Dallas Cowboys is the type of boom or bust Jerry Jones used to live for, camera LOVES Deion and he might love it even more, Jerry Jones gets people talking about his boys every single day, I do have suspicion that Deion might persuade Jerry to do things his way or draft the players he wants, sign the players he wants for a while, my guess is that will be 2 offseasons before Jerry feels the need to do things his way again, it's a BIG gamble on Jerry's part, Dak Prescott is already 31, nearing the end of his prime years, feel like Deion might get him another ring he craves so much or completely fall on his face, it's a Texas size gamble for Jerry.

Chase, the very uncomfortable coaching interview process for teams in the postseason is not ridiculous ............... case study #1 ....... 2 yrs ago during SB weekend in Ariz.... KC/ Philly, Philly DC Rich Gannon was smelling the Ariz Cardinals HC job........ in hindsight ......The Eagles took control of that gm in the 4th qtr........ Philly's defense collapsed in the last drive in the 4th qtr. A few days later, Gannon got the Ariz job....... and I believe Ariz was charged with tampering, costing the team draft picks.............that scenario of Coordinators losing their focus during the gm.. will be forever linked.

I'd be interested to know if any Cowboys fans are excited by the prospect of Kellen Moore. My recollection is that he was more or less "run out of town quietly" when he went to Los Angeles, and before that he was responsible for a better team than he'd be coming into.

Until Jerry Jones stops interfering in the coach's decisions, the Cowboys will NEVER capture another Super Bowl. Jones is the most inept GM in the league and cannot stop his ego from getting in the way. Hopefully when Jerry gets out, either by leaving this earth or becoming incapacitated Stephen will have a less authoritarian outlook and allow coaches to pave their own path! ✌️🏈🙏

I hate the whole "college coaches never do well in NFL...." Hey Chase, you forgot Jimmy Johnson, he did ok in the NFL. I bet if you took the percentage of "expereinced NFL coordinators" who take head coaching jobs that fail and compair it to College coaches that "fail", it would be WAY HIGHER. So why is it always, college coaches never work out..." 8 guys a year "dont work out" and they aren't from college. Stupid tired take, expected better from Missouri grad.
