This is how relaxation helps fertility:
- the constant TTC tracking, focussing on your fertile days, the overthinking during your two week wait ALL create STRESS
You need to know this: Long term STRESS build up creates the stress hormone cortisol. Cortisol can interrupt your reproductive system. Cortisol can stop you from ovulating.
So just how do you relax for fertility?
- By connecting with your body and especially with your womb
- Bringing in self love
- Breathing properly to enable allow sufficient oxygen supply to your body
All of the above support you to release built up stress from your body which helps you to be in your fertile flow. You are supporting yourself to optimise your fertility.
