Nice channel happy I found it, you cover more details of the bike compared to other channels,. Can you do a comparison between this yamaha and the honda xl600? I'm especially interested in how easy accessible things are on the honda xl600 compared to the yamaha to make maintance easier.

Thanks my friend. IMO Yamaha is a lot easier. Biggest reason is the availability of KEDO parts.

Hey mate! Yeah the 1VJ specifically (so not the 34L, 55W or 3AJ) had some technical issues in the head. If you find a way to bypass those it’s rock-solid.

@@bringthekickback thanks m8, I live in Greece and xt600 are have basically legendery status, iam saving rn to buy one, one listing showed me a 3jv model and ot looked really cool,like a small adventure bike.What parts are different in comparison with a normal xt600?

The fuel pump is useless on the 1VJ. Just throw it out and plug the vacuum port

True, it's an onnoying piece of equipment. Just for the last 4L of gas. You can also add an electric pump.
