As many times as I have pulled pumps out of my skis over the years I have not once considered leaving the impeller housing on the ski. I am mind blown right now😂😂😂 this will be my new process from now on unless I damage the housing or shoe. Wow! Thanks man 😂

? - on a 96 650 waverunner inside the intake there is a rubber bushing that the impeller shaft slides through right when you start to put the drive shaft into the intake (first couple inches) do you know how the get that out - or what it is called. Has a set screw that i removed and a collar (lack of terms) that came out but not the rubber part - any info would be great thx

Do you have a torque spec for the long 10mm head bolts that hold the pump assembly together? What about the 14mm head bolts that fasten to the hull?

Are you asking about the seal for the pump? Thats easy just remove the wear ring and it comes right off
