In episode 84 of The TBD Podcast, Garrett sits down with Josh Frank and Justin Cournoyer, leaders of the BLVD St. Pete project. This visionary initiative aims to demolish the I-175 corridor and replace it with a boulevard that reconnects the Southside and downtown St. Petersburg.
