Why don't you offer stocks and ETFs and are your investments available for a French citizen living in France ?

You no longer care about average Muslims investment options and boast about the 1 percent. Your investment programs are pricey for most Muslims

Most muslims? Not sure how you determined that... May be for those on universal credit but I regard myself as the average muslim financially. The single earner of a household of five with a modest annual income of under £48,000. The options on Cur8 are not pricey, just requires genuine financial considerations and commitment. I told the missus to reduce her spending by 15% and I committed to reducing my own spending by 25% and we are comfortably investing in Cur8's options.

Still don't get how your VC and PE funds get so much return? 20 and 17% are ridiculously high, and this means to me it likely has significant downside potential too.
@IFGuru21 сағат бұрын
Yes these funds are definitely more aggressive with higher risk. VC more than PE. The returns aren't "ridiculously high" though. Pretty much what a typical vc/pe fund would make.
@hussainthebane7 сағат бұрын
@@IFGuru But if these returns are so normal why do traditional investors not utilise VC/PE instead of standard ETFs expecting ~10% nominal returns per year? Do a lot of VCs just not meet their expected returns of 20%?

12% returns are a joke, I can make better returns investing in us stocks.
@IFGuruКүн бұрын
Sure - and if you want to take a concentrated position on vc, pe or property development you can achieve higher too. But the point that should hopefully be clear here is that the HNW typically look to diversify to manage risk (even if it brings return down). Of course you're welcome to go more aggressive. That can be right for some folks.
