Djokovic has a better head to head and impacted these players careers more than Fedal. He has a stronger h2h against both Berdych and Tsonga (Most of these match wins were not even in Djokovic prime).

I would include Ferrer and Del Potro. I know injuries were the biggest enemies of Del Potro but Federer stopped him numerous times from winning Slams and Olympics medal.
