It's pretty tough. Some clips are harder to use than others, so you have to basically upload and then delete clips to see if KZbin will strike them, if not, you can use them in the video. Technically speaking, my content falls under fair-use as it is transformative (no one watches my videos solely to watch the clips, but rather for the story the clips convey) however that really doesn't stop KZbin from striking the videos, it's only an argument in court.

Unpopular opinion: Xavi is not a good coach, he is an amazing motivator and a lot of players come because of him, but he is missing the crucial decision making every coach needs.
