I disagree I think he changes to playing 343 within first month if not in first game . At the moment the way Dalot comes in to midfield makes us have a back 3 anyways and he has been played on left and right so both CB have had to basically play a wide CB like you get in Amorims 343 . Plus on Sep 3, 2023 Lille beat Montpellier 1 - 0 , using you guessed it a 343 with Yoro in the canter . and he has played as RB too. so there is 3 that play this also think Evan would be fine and Shaw as the back up LCB could even use Maz on the RCB as he is just a class footballer. Then the wingback well Amass, Dalot, Malacia , Maz and might use some of the wingers we have too , again think were fine . Next 2 x CDM/CM Ugarte , Colleyer, Maino , Cass, Eriksson ? Kone coming through and maybe use Mount or even Bruno as the progressive one .. Then 2 x CAM Bruno, Mount, Amad again Rash Eriksson could play there and even Zirks . Finally ST Hoj, Zirks, Wheatley, and Rash can play there is also Obi Martin , i know he not even 17 till Nov 29 but Amorim played a 17 wingback so he don't care about the age as much as ability so could be some youth the get chance to .. basically I don't see how the change is that crazy .. but winger will have to change there game or leave .
