for foreigners, he is talking about how they are being abandoned, without proper aid..he is saying, they didn't even have water to drink after such a long fight...and there were no russians in sight except the russian prisoners who were stationed on the way....Only russians he saw were few commanders and all the few russians that were there would hide in bunkers but wouldn't allow Nepalese fighters to enter the bunker during the bombardment....And they were not even properly briefed about the situations they were going to be in...they were just pushed forward by russians saying "dabai, dabai" (which means move forward in Russian?"), without care for their situation....When they reached the warzone, there were russian prisoners stationed there (some were very old), they didn't even knew if they were enemies or not and they almost shot at them...such was the state of their awareness....even the russian tank that was kind of providing cover for them was shooting besides them, so all of them were in danger from not just one side but from everywhere...after the long fight and after losing most of his friends, only 10-15 were alive and even among them , more than half of them were injured....but the commander was still forcing them to move on forward just to die cause there was no chance of fighting back with just few of them...and amidst all of this, he couldn't see russians that were actively engaging in the fight beside him and friends...He was going to take a shot at himself, to decommission himself, if they were going to push him any further, cause it was just useless and he would just die anyways. Most of the Nepalese recruits, who go in this war are clueless about the modern warfare, about the targeted drone attacks, reality of trench warfare..Many of them are not even concerned about the politics of it all...going against the formidable defense of the Ukraine troops in such dire state....People won't see this as russia taking advantage of these people's situation in war and at home...they only see it as greedy and war hungry people going to russia for money and thrill.....it's easy to say they chose to be there so might as well die in the most horrific way possible with all the bitterness of the world, no water to drink and discriminated against by their own support in war...I think, there is always more to what meets the eyes, so we shouldn't be so cynical and unsympathetic. Also, just cause they should've known, doesn't make it right. We can try and babble about who is the villain of this story, but it's just the reality of the war...Many other countries have taken advantage of foreign recruits in the past...but i do feel that the condition is more dire for these russian recruits (i don't know a whole lot about the situation of Nepalese recruits in other wars in the past.)...many people think war is just two side fighting for their own...but days of such war has long been gone and we are not so far off from seeing literal corporate wars in the future, who has money has force. for fellow Nepalese in the comments, Instead of shaming him and telling him "he chose his war for money so he shouldn't complain" , we should take this as a lesson and be grateful for the insight he's providing and let this be a disclaimer for the other Nepalese who are thinking of joining too. At least, he is providing valuable insights into the reality of this war for Nepalese recruits...As long as there are people willing to take them in and/or smuggle them into the war, there will always be someone ready to go...best we can do is try spreading awareness to as much people as possible about the reality of that war for Nepalese recruits.

I dont know his timeline but i think he accidentally joined Wagner group. Most of the men who were deemed not so Valuable were sent in human wave assault team. Judging by his story he failed to show initiative and prove himself as a good soldier during his stay in the rear. I know few nepali guys fighting on both sides. One is a instructor.

No, that is just how they fight. Most foreign volunteers come from the former USSR. The number of nepalis is less than 1% of the total force. A country is giving you a salary and citizenship. The only thing Russia does is to make you earn it.
