Val, that first question where you got emotional...I felt like you were telling the story for the benefit of me and my wife. We are Nana and Papa to our grandkids, but with one exception, we go by Nama and Papa 😀. We have 5 grandkids ages 5 through 12, and take them camping with us as often as we can. We go to college football games, spend Thanksgiving in state parks and forest, up and down the Gulfcoast and southeast. And, since they all play soccer and two are on travel teams, well, we chase the soccer tournament circuit with them in our RV. We hope they too one day will have such great memories and carry them into their adulthood. OMG! Your binder....I do the same thing. Got to be organized! We're headed to the Southwest soon and going to gone about 6 weeks. Everything is in the binder! Neither me nor my wife grew up camping, but we're on our 4th travel trailer! I think it's rubbing off though. Our youngest daughter and son-in-law bought their first travel trailer about two months. The love it! Always enjoy your videos. Keep them coming. Don in Florida

@@TravelingwithBeigeBettyRV Oh I love that whoever gave us that toaster could inspire more of us to give back to new RVer’s. It was definitely memorable, and how neat to be able to also bless someone else that way. I’d say maybe you could start a channel somehow where he didn’t have to be part of it and it could just be your thing. (If possible) Doing it together can be a way to connect and grow together, but it’s extremely challenging to BOTH be available to film, or in the mood to film, and both be motivated all the time to keep up on the content. If one isn’t fully on board it may not last long. So I’d find a way to make it your thing and if he wants to join in after a while, then maybe add him in. (?)

Good honest video. My wife and I only part time. We do have the diesel pusher. It is over 10 years old, but people comment all the time on how it looks new. Can you imagine those people buying the $2.6 million dollar Prevost being told nope! You're 11 years old. Dump it and go get a new one. On the other hand you don't want some old RV coming in and not being able to leave either.
@OurNextAdventurejvh3 ай бұрын
@@adriannurse1502 That would be terrible if that actually happened. There always the point too that a lot of people renovate old RV’s and fix them up really nice! Then again, it is also awesome when it is just Peggy and I and our two dogs! That is what the next 6,000 miles will be.
