Great video and lots of truth about motorcycling journalism and the lack of integrity in a lot of articles/videos. What drives my crazy, (no pun intended) is when it seems like all comparison videos between models end up saying something like: "So which bike is the better bike? Which one is for you? It comes down to what you are looking for and your style. You can't go wrong with either." Hey, thanks for wasting my time reading/watching your comparison to come away with the feeling that I just watched an intense action movie and both the hero and the villain died, and the whole thing was one big sucking black hole of my time. The thing about why Ryan is great? He is honest about the bike, with every sense of the word. Honest, unlike some other youtubers who just COMPLAIN. Just think how many bike reviewers you hear say that this ??? cc bike isn't as powerful as his supercharged liter bike. This $???? bike isn't as luxurious and comfortable as his goldwing etc. Time and time again, what I like about Ryan is that when he reviews bikes, he reviews it for the people who would ACTUALLY BUY that bike, not for someone who doesn't plan to own it, and who just enjoys doing wheelies going 200kmph. It's also amazing that it's Ryan himself who writes his script, it just goes to show that he really puts in the effort. However, Ryan is just 1/2 of FortNine. The editing, whole cinematography shebang with FortNine is really what completes the entire experience. Either of them would be great on their own. But together, we got this hollywood esque youtube videos for free.

Thanks for inspiring me to respond to an old video, and seek another old video from this channel. On the comment about motorcycle press, I've seen some things online lately, especially what seems like a group of people who review motorcycles on KZbin, and I'll say it here before I find the video you mentioned about motorcycle press after this one. Anyway, what I have noticed is this: There is a particular group of motorcyclists doing video reviews of the same model motorcycles shortly after they happen to be released in that given country (Neither Canadia nor 'Murrcah). They all at least try to act like they're giving totally independent reviews, but upon watching the videos from more than one of these channels, you'll quickly start noticing it's these same six or eight people collaborating to group-ride that model motorcycle at the same time, before doing some alone-time for their channels as well. There will be follow-car and/or drone footage of their group rides, and you can just about piece the whole thing together from one channel to another. Each of them makes sure to open their face shield or remove their helmet at a red light or something, to demonstrate they are actually riding. But it's the same group in every video. And then they all basically say 90% the exact same things. And typically, when the motorcycle is lower in power, their comments about wanting to be able to go faster sound just as insulting as each other against the people who do want to take their motorcycles on the highway. It's almost, dare I say, scripted. So I expect to hear similar on that other video.

I grew up in the near vicinity of this shoot - basically shot between Collins Bay (the marina he points at is where my dad bought my first ATV) - the west end of Kingston - through Millhaven, Bath (passed by the Tragically Hip's Bathouse studio), Conway, Adolphustown and he would have been nearing the Glenora Ferry at the end of the shoot. Churches and corners remind me of the specific locations where I spun out (cars) in different snowstorms and driving mistakes. The long view of Amhurst Island, and Adolphus Reach across to Prince Edward County - the opening of the Bay of Quinte brings back my loyalist roots. It was quite interesting that the editing and jumpcuts chronologically 'moved' us back and forth down that stretch of road as they patched together the conversation.

@cliovargas17 жыл бұрын
praveen saji 390 but not in europe since you can't ride one with an A2 license
@wolfgangrembeck21717 жыл бұрын
praveen saji i'd say the duke but to be honest the mt 07 is the better keeper
@DearMajesty7 жыл бұрын
Both pieces of shit, but the Duke 390 wins hands down in terms of performance
@13Palkia7 жыл бұрын
Wolfgang Rembeck of course the mt07 is better than the Duke390 / bmw310

Ryan your first bike was a Honda XR100 when you where 13yrs old? ME TOO bro! Rode it for about 15yrs, (way past time for a 28yr old 5'8" 200ib rider) but I was having fun. Then rented a Harley FatBoy on vacation in Miami, FL to cruise, then a Harley Super Glide in Louisiana. Now at 38yrs old I just bought my first street legal motorcycle a new 2012 Yamaha Raider S with 1 mile in Raven Black. It will be delivered to my house tomorrow around 4pm. Cool vids, drive safe.

Most people forget, the company fortnine are extremely generous to allow Ryan to do what he does...especially with product reviews😂. But then again Fortnine is extremely privileged to have Ryan.

Hilarious!! It's somehow satisfying to hear that you're doing something you love, and one realizes that because you love it you're good at it. Rarely is a review, a rant, or a top5 as fun and informative as yours are! You deserve a much bigger audience!

Hi Ryan, I'm watching your videos since the very beginning and you remind me of a legendary trio of the car world, Jeremy, James and Richard. Keep it going! Nice job
