I just finished my 150 hour play through of ds3 plus it’s DLC, and I recommend it to every person who started at Elden Ring. It’s an amazing game and it gives perspective on what came before, and how things got better in ER. The controls and mechanics are really not that different and easy to adjust to ( and that’s coming from a PC mouse and keyboard player) and overall it’s just a great experience, same as Elden Ring. 10/10

I really miss the katana parry. Was disappointed that it didn’t come to elden ring but, it is what it is.

@TheProfanedSamurai also for me I was so excited when elden ring came out but find out of all the sword that can have parry ash of war non of it is a katana, I came back to playing ds3 just recently and feels that elden ring is a down grade

Currently replaying it coincidentally, and I’ve gotta say the gank squad NPC groups are much worse than I remembered. People complain about DaS2 having too many enemies grouped, but DaS3 is just as bad. Irithyll dungeons comes to mind especially
