If you really think he’s going to jail then you know nothing of the law. This case is a misdemeanor case to begin with, and way past legal statute of limitations. A charge such as this is unilaterally a misdemeanor and not a felony. Also, he has no prior record. If he gets hit with more than a fine it only proves this case is political. The fact that they’re making a felony out of a misdemeanor is a huge red flag, as it is. As it stands, it’s surfacing that Trumps 91 indictments originated in the WH. Alvin Bragg doesn’t have a clear charge & even Stormy Daniels questioned the legitimacy of this case. The info is out there should you ever care to take a long drive on the information superhighway.
