How safe is Germany 🇩🇪 for Girls or for any one in general ?

I lived in Germany for long time. The girl who was talking about soap to wash clothes. There is a shop named Schlecker. I used to buy the washing soap 'Seife' from them. White colored AS marked on it. Other than that you wouldn't find a washing soap. Rossmann, DM and Schlecker have lot of different things.
