That is competitive enough at shoestring budget. To rate Klopp, name other PL managers that manage to complete trophies at a club. Sure, it is possible that Liverpool will not be able to keep the same momentum throughout a season given the increasing strength from other teams, but the intensity against big teams will always be relevant in Klopp’s team, as shown during their defender crisis on 20/21 or midfield crisis on 22/23
