Thank you, I know exactly what you are talking about, I lived thru this in Cuba. My parents went thru the pain and suffering of getting me out of the island in 1962 at the age of 16 thru the Peter Pan system, I was placed here in a foster home until the age of 18. My parents were able to come over in 1967, I am very grateful and thankful that because of their sacrifice I was able to race my family and become the man that I am today in this free and loving Country, the best Country in the world. Socialism/Communism does not work never will, sixty plus year of that system in Cuba, they have no country. they have no family they no way of living they have no religion they have no God they have no future.

While I do believe that socialism is bad for what it believes in, I don't think it gives Capitalism a good image. While some in socialism believes in 'no God', some in capitalism believe that 'Money is God'. I don't think God favours any ideology other than the one which leads to him.

I like Pastor Vlad and all of his content and usually never comment but I have to jump in on this because I think that this sermon was presented in a lopsided manner. While he is right about pure socialism being satanic at it's core, I think that a majority of young Americans (especially the ones that are voting age) understand that they want some level of socialist ideas to influence some of our systems but nobody in the U.S. actually wants total eradication of human agency and ownership and to be governed only by the state. Thats a really fringe idea that the loudest of the alt-left will tout. For example, when it comes to social security checks being distributed at retirement age, that incorporates a level of socialism that everyone in the U.S. is accustomed to and accepts and it's a government owned program. Another thing about this sermon that I was disappointed with is that it somehow implies (even if Vlad didn't mean to) that capitalism is more Godly. Which as we can see with some of the examples cited with the housing market crash (because of bad actors giving out subprime mortgages) and the rising cost of living and people truly unable to break the cycle of poverty/living paycheck to paycheck without relief, capitalism is also being used by Satan by touting radical individualism, liberty and greed to the point of detriment for the greater society. It won't ever be reasonable to me that someone who has Type 2 diabetes can't afford insulin because of private pharmaceutical companies making it $100 a vial. All this to say, I believe both capitalism and socialism have its' great parts and its incredibly dark parts and we as citizens of this world but also citizens of heaven need to soberly look at our earthly systems (socialism, capitalism and otherwise), pray for our leaders, and do our own part to alleviate the burdens of our neighbors, individually and sometimes socially.

Sorry - but he is totally wrong. His arguments are wrong - and there are false facts. True, there has been people killed - but what is about Christianity? If his logic is right, Christianity has to be satanic, because there has been a lot of instances in history, where people were killed in the name of the Church, God and Christ! I don’t say, that Christianity is satanic - I say, that HIS argument is exactly that. If you are really reading Jesus words and the new Testament, you get really the idea, that Jesus was a progressive. He doesn’t want, that you judge (not making any exceptions). If this is not “anti-capitalistic” I am not sure what is. I do honestly believe, that this pastor is a false prophet. He is not different than Pastors in the Middle Ages of the Catholic Church, which burnt (innocent) women, because they thought that they are witches.

You can see the word of God repeated said "And God blessed..." . When we churches continuously preached "God has called us to suffer not prosper...". How do you expect people to prosper, their heart old not be open to receive God's blessings. Sorry, but you still don't have an understanding of Marxism, socialism/communism, or any kind of leftist theory; but were you tickled to hear mainstream and right-wing rhetoric about some of the out of context words of socialism? there were some Christian doctrines that are also considered way out of context depending on your denomination,,, I get that all Christians cherry pick the scriptures and take them out of context too, and some do it to famously studied critiques of capitalism as well,,, did you really learn why how or what some of those 51٪ of young people that like socialism actually believe about it and / or the economy or the government? No, not really, just what a right-wing preacher read or heard from some other right-wing preacher or "scholar" or worse, a political commentator No, not really a good explanation that would be of any use to converse intellectually with an actual leftist that knows what socialism and leftist economic theory actually says,, Or heaven forbid, you come across a Leftist Christian! (they're uncommon, but they do exist, and they are not Biblically ignorant like the majority of western world Christians) A Christian leftist, that knows the history of the church and of the "Christian Left" and the history of the many Socialist preachers of the North and South American and European, Australian, etc. working-class since the industrial revolution, but would you even want to be taught about any of that? would you?
