Canadian judiciary system is highly professional and independent of political influence. Drug menace is bad for everyone but proof has to be extremely clean. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty. I think people have to live in the system for a while to understand it clearly. Also, tieing Jaggy Johal to a criminal activity like drugs shows that you are biased and that's why no country wants to honour evidence from India where you can buy justice if you're extremely rich or well-connected politician like your majithia.
