How Sauron deceived the Elves into making the Rings of Power

The creation of the Rings of Power is one of the most important events in Middle Earth's history for it starts of the War of the Elves and Sauron and leads all the way too the War of the Ring at the end of the Third Age. Sauron had planned to use his own One Ring to dominate the minds of the elves to which only by the Three made in secret did this plan fail.
