Hear from Mark Storey, Chief Executive of Sheffield Churches Council for Community Care (SCCCC), a third-sector organisation that supports vulnerable, isolated and lonely older people in Sheffield. Mark shares the positive impact apprenticeship training has had on the organisation, the transformation he's seen in his apprentices and why he chose Whyy? Change.
Tammy and Karen both achieved a distinction on their Level 5 Operational and Departmental Manager Apprenticeship which included the highly-regarded Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership qualification. They share what it was like to be an apprentice at Whyy? Change, the leadership skills they've developed and how they've applied them at SCCCC.
Former Level 3 Digital Marketer Apprentice, Ericka, also talks about her learning experience, guest speakers on offer, and the additional support Whyy? Change provide.
