I have been struggling with this all my life. Thank God someone is seeing it from my perspective too. I am a vet doctor, a PhD holder but still feel empty and something is not connecting!!!! There is a large gap between education and skill. The whites have realized it and so hold so much onto apprenticeship!!! They left us to do the education go to Uni etc

No it's not white people, it's a western culture and feminism . It would be better to go back to traditional life where women take care of children, men work, men teach their children skills. Problem you bought into the lies your government feeds about education, satanic human rights, health care and so much more. Some western people have woken up but Africans still hold on to those lies for dear life.

I have trained my children differently. Even washing my car I pay them One of the interesting story I wanted to pay my daughter 5000 for washing she told me how little it was. She asked me whether that's to pay when I go to washing bays. I just argued out that those people have their soap and water which am providing. She didn't argue but just washed outside. I asked why our alone and she said that's what I have managed to pay unless I add more money. Lessons I came to understand that she can negotiate and put a price at her service 😂😂😂

I was looking at having the skill for her she was looking at the unique point of sale. Mbu am going to make books and sell at school, they will be unique. She bought some chicks from me then my maid sold the last one to someone who claimed it had died. She just told the maid that she needs her money you cannot buy things in a supermarket then keep them at your home, after expiring you take them back to the supermarket. School is good, you just need to know it's purpose. You get knowledge, not skills. The skills are self learnt but no one realises it, you go to school to get knowledge then acquire the skills

I love that you are challenging the narrative and changing the perspective of many Africans. However, your examples don't show the complete picture. Thomas Edison was a thief. The actual inventor of the light bulb was a black man, Lewis Latimer. You seem to glamorize the success of Western businessmen as if that should be the metric Africans use for success. You are ignoring the systemic history of plagiarism and subjugation that allowed those very people to be successful. There are plenty of local examples we can use as a point of reference. Let's shine a light on them instead.
