This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my KZbin channel 9 months ago about self development. Now I have 1,430 subs and > 1,000 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.

Just because someone doesn't have a piece of paper as a credential, doesn't mean that person is not entitled to share personal experiences with the hope & intention to inspire others. Keep up with whatever it is that you're doing to improve mankind or improving your life even to a slight degree each day. This is just one part of a bigger puzzle for creating my KZbin channel about holistic health. Unfortunately this comes with an unintended consequence when it comes to life. The more we become aware of our perceptions, the more we are aware of our ignorance and it's growth. The more you know that you don't know. The Dunning-Kruger effect. Many over estimate our own perceptions even being aware falling pray to this phenomenon. But while we are limited, this can allow us to be humble towards coming across what works. Another way of looking at it is our relationship towards our perceptions is another form of self awareness that allow possibilities. Be humble, don't take pride in your works.

Hi i was looking for the downsides of being self aware as i struggle with a lot of things in my life due to it, that stair case for me is 3 steps instead of 10 steps when i was young i would always wonder about the ignorance of adults towards kids thoughts or realizations
