Ive been doing this for some years, reading writing down quotes , advice on things that resonate with me so that when i need to get back inspiration recalibrate and change my thought processes, i can refer to it, its continues to be something that really supports my mental wellbeing xx

Wow ❤ What a great idea! I have been working through something similar and I find that I am needing to reread things I read in my 20s. I am relearning things I thought I already knew. And reminding myself of how I got this far. This is an amazing idea! It would be truly priceless to have everything together that reminds me of who I am, what I know, and how to receive guidance in my darkest times. This would give me the courage to trust and follow that guidance. Thank you!

I have been on a similar path. Extreme burnout over the years after the pandemic has led me to nervous breakdown and full body shutdown. I was rushed to the er multiple times. Nobody could help me. Every doctor was saying I was clinically severely depressed. I didn’t feel depressed. Just sick. And eventually after 3 months of doing nothing I started to recover very slowly. Yoga has helped me immensely. But I’m still not even half as healthy and energetic and positive even as I used to be.

Sounds like you possibly had long covid. Took me some time to feel normal after. Maybe that was it and you didn’t know.

I am following Alex for pretty much over a year now, what I've found and what works for me are the following: 1. I practice stoicism using the daily stoic by Ryan holiday. 2. I do self-reflection exercises each month, I found If I do anything seriously it kills the joy of doing things. So every month, an OKR of some sort. Then end of the month, I write down, what worked and what not. 3. Understanding yourself truly is to master yourself. So self-reflection and going through some small victories through my journal helps. 4. Cut back negative feedback loops, taking one step at a time to evolve my self. Thanks, Alex, for all of this.

Thanks Alex, It's good to record our thoughts in ink as we often forget our happy thoughts when life is flat or out of control. Self gratification and doing hard physical things help me stay grounded.

Looks like a commonplace notebook instead of Jungian psychology shadow work workbook when you work with archetypes, anima , etc.

Sorry Alex, I have followed for some years now, but hadn't really had time to watch. Did not know you had some hard times a few years back. I hope you are on the mend.

That is mostly a commonplace notebook instead of a shadow work workbook as Jung psychology.

Thank you Alex, good to see you. I hope it's not rude what I'll say, I can relate a lot to what you are saying, althought different circumstances, so I totally understand your questionnements, but you say "Will I ever be a success" ? You've accomplished so much already man. Just in case your forgot :D But I understand what you are saying. Success is relative On another note, would you consider building a community about exactly the essence of this workbook ? As you quoted, it's about "Hints, signs and intuitions", which we know deep down are the truth, but are so hard to keep track of and follow in today's world. We need to follow our intuitions but we are on our own. Nobody can push us to follow our intuition, because people are more programmed to push you towards security and stability and what worked before. Maybe a community of like-minded people can. But also, not a community of wishful thinking and toxic positivity. Something that takes into account the challenges of everyday life and acknowledges the difficulty of this in today's world. We need to find, build refine a blueprint that allows people to jump to their more creative, playful, joyful side consistently.
