1. Keep a resonance journal 2. Track your hunches (gut feelings) 3. Spend 5 minutes every morning thinking of your goals 4. Don't use your phone the first and last hour of the day 5. Read 10 pages per day 6. Keep a scoreboard in your kitchen 7. Do 5-10 minutes of stretching every morning 8. Put plants where you live 9. Give yourself 100 days to reach a goal 10. Don't make life decisions on fear
