An absolutely excellent video! 🎉🍰 I have always loved Shakespeare's writing, this being my favourite! Knowing the history that shaped his writing is so cool, and the way you share this information is nothing short of spectacular! I can't wait to watch more. Had I become an educator, your videos would definitely be on my syllabus. ❤

Great video! Very informative. :D Also may I ask, do you have a link to the performance recording? I've been trying to find recordings of Shakespeare plays for a while now. :)

Hi, thank you! ☺️ The amazing Bridge Theatre production was available via National Theatre At Home, but I have a feeling it might not be anymore. Definitely worth checking though because it’s an incredible performance, plus NT At Home tend to have lots of other great Shakespeare plays to watch. You can rent them individually or subscribe, I believe! Hope this helps 🙂

"Even worse: Catholic Heresy" when youre right youre right. I wonder if one could have gotten out of trouble by becoming a sort of witchcraft privateer. "Oh yes i am engaged in diabolical necromantic magic, but only against those wretched papists"
