The weirdest this is that the crew for the show wasn’t sure if they’d be able to have Catradora be canon. So they made two different endings, gay version and not gay version. I know that this is just a silly edit but it made me realize another part that makes this show great and how it deals with sexuality. It might be absolutely "woke" but it never makes a big deal out of it. It doesn't make the villain an evil straight conservative guy, make a deal about it's characters standing up for their sexual preferences and while female characters are clearly the main focus of the show, it never needlessly ridicules the male characters.
