How Should I Deal With A Difficult Person?
Prayer does not remove our problems with people, it gives us grace to deal with them. Prayer produces peace. The Christian life is not trying to avoid pain, it’s learning to embrace it.
Betrayal is what people do to us, but bitterness is what we do to ourselves.
Time doesn’t heal wounds, forgiveness does. When you feel offended, pause and ponder instead of trying to prove and defend.
Don’t let your pain stop your purpose; don’t let your misery block your ministry. The devil will use people to hurt you; God will use people to heal you.

I'm saving this to listen to it over and over. Jesus shows us how to not be so easily offended. Sometimes we are the only light the difficult people encounter and how we respond can make a difference in their eternal lives! My feelings don't matter. Pastor Vlad does it again. I learn so much from his videos.

Offense is a major stumbling block satan uses to trip people up with but identifying and confessing strongholds in our lives, and repenting and asking God's forgiveness and renouncing that thinking and behavior along with Gods faithfulness, Holy Spirit will give us His grace to overcome and do what we cannot do alone.

Father God, my strength is gone. Your Word says I can do all thing through your son Jesus Christ. Give me strength. I trust in you even as I constantly struggle to pay my rent and as I constantly struggle to provide groceries for my children! Walking with faith is the most important thing us christian’s must do. As a single mom, things are tough on me. Both of my sons are autistic. I’m constantly struggling to provide for my boys. I’m overwhelmed and so ashamed and now that I’m home schooling them I’m having trouble getting their school supplies. Heavenly and merciful Father, I come before your glorious throne today, in humble adoration please help me overcome my struggles and my constant fear of homelessness. I have faith you will get me through this hard time. Amen. ❤ 0:05

Please go to some churches and explain your situation to them. They can help you get groceries and help guide you to social programs that offer help. It is the body of Christ that is obligated in love to offer help to one another where there is such a need as you are expressing. 1John 3:17,18. Don't feel ashamed to ask for help, love does not look down on people who need and ask for help. The body of Christ (the people in his true church) has the heart of Jesus and take joy in helping others. We are his hands and feet and love expressing in this world. If anyone looks down on you for needing help and asking for help, they do not have the love of God in their heart and are their attitude is a sin. People who walk in love will be happy to help you in any way they can. By asking and receiving help from others you bring joy and fulfillment to them by trusting them and giving them the opportunity to express their love in helping those who need their help and being able to show their love to you and your children. God will bless and answer your prayers. Do your part, and ask his people for the help you need. ♥

When that person is your sister and every conversation you try to make she turns it into an insult ,and that into an argument.Than you just gotta walk away to keep some of your own dignity and honor ,you can’t even defend yourself against those people… I’m happy and lucky that God tells us how to behave ,I’d be lost otherwise ❤

There are different types of difficult people. But the truth is many times it's a test. Only as you fill yourself with the word can you handle situations. Speaking with different types of people helps you as you continue forward and need to help others. Mostly you distance yourself in some way if possible but really it helps in your walk when you come across all sorts of people. The anointing divides, so don't be suprized when it highlights things; it is to help you. God bless 🙏

Well this 1 roomate of mine that I’ve had to live with for 10+ years is definitely one of these “ difficult “ people! But I’m afraid I don’t act very nice or Christ- like all the time 😞. She makes it extremely hard I must say

@@KetzalySantos I’ve tried praying that so many times 😞& whenever I tell my parents the horror stories about her ( wich they’re well & tired of hearing about after all these years) they always tell me “ why can’t you be more understanding & realize that she’s just Sick ( us roomate all have mental illness) so she basically can’t help her behavior “. I say it’s easy to say that when you don’t live with the person & experience their bouts of Yelling, banging, slamming their door so hard repeatedly, scaring you, & getting mad & often accusing us other roommates of doing things & taking things we haven’t, wich has caused me much stress & anxiety living with that

You can overcome this. Keep praying and focusing on godly responses and you will gain the victory. We grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I’m a witness as one who has had to endure a difficult mother all my life. I recently decided that I was not going to respond in kind to her, but show her love and kindness regardless of her constant railings, criticisms, and rejection of me. It’s paying off for me because I now have an abundance of love for her and peace of mind. Keep trying so you can win her over. It’s not her, but the enemy of her soul working in her and God placed you in her life to be a witness. God placed me in difficult situations so that others would see a Christ. In many, not all of those circumstances, God gave me the victory and souls were led into the kingdom of God. That’s why we’re called, to be a light in the world and lead others to Christ. You can do this with God’s help.

I'm finding out the past several years I have no friends especially any of encouragement or interested in how I am doing. I make a decision everyday to be happy towards others and get none in return. I've depended on Jesus and I am loved and I listen to preaching all day and fall asleep to utube preaching. Thank you for saying that I can suffer as Jesus. Your message will be repeated . You are not alone in this journey of rejection. I too have lived a life of rejection from the people I love the most, family. My daughter hasn’t spoke to me in nine years. I’ve gotten over the pain of not seeing my grandchildren and have move into a life of praise and thanksgiving to God for a truly blessed life. Instead of focusing on the rejection, I focus on the goodness of God. I think on the things of Philippines 4:8 - true, lovely, honest, just, pure, virtuous, and praiseworthy. Those are the things that enable me to keep holding on and trusting in the God of my salvation and the hope of eternal life with Him. Be blessed!

I have several difficult people in my life, but probably the main one is my coworker, who is loud, overbearing, micromanaging and rude (and crass). She attends my church; we both work for a friend that ALSO goes to my church, so trying to distance myself from her wouldn’t work were I to quit. She’d probably confront me if I stopped talking to her; that’s her kind of way. But I realize now, after 4 years of dealing with her and my boss (who’s also hard to deal with) that maybe God is trying to teach me something through this.

Excellent teaching points so clearly presented and insightful, expressing the teachings and heart of Jesus as to how best to handle difficult people in love and wisdom and with understanding of proper boundaries. It was a truly inspired and balanced message. Thank you. God bless you, ♥

9:35 That is very important cause ,I think , the general idea of a Christian being always forgiving , accepting anything " and taking to the Lord in prayer♡" has been twisted up. It never meant for us to be passive but to take action on what Jesus , wise council and our conscience tells us to do. Great study. Thank you.

Nor verbal beating, and there comes a time when after praying and being led by the Holy Spirit speak to the difficult hard headed person who is making bad choices that’s affecting their children and others trying to help. Sometimes the suffering is due to our choices and the choices of others that we don’t have to tolerate, there’s times we need to set boundaries with difficult people. Jesus did set boundaries too. That’s good that yes, I react to the difficult person instead of responding to the Father

This depends. Staying quiet with a verbal abusive isn't good. To me you have to cut that person off immediately..

I’m so sorry to hear that brother… I have lost a major part of mine because of lies, but I am so thankful to have the Lord in my life, as I don’t know how I would cope. He surely is our comforter 🙏
