I think relief set would be good to Liam due to his healing and max hp caping, also he would stacks his gemini really quick, making him more tanky and faster to assist his team, even tho it wont trigger haven/vigilant

lol I paired him with Brewster and then with gaius, the vigilant buff really exaggerates their nuking potential and it’s amazing Brewster was dealing 60,000+ dmg with his basic attack

from what i've tried : OW is useless, max skill up liam always has Haven. Astralis is useless as you'll get turns without haven and s3 in cd. As of now speedy liam seems like the best option, and I'm leaning towards Harmony set rather than Thunder/Wind. I don't think his damage output with Thunder offsets Harmony right now unless maybe R2

It won't add assist,but relief set will buff his Gemini stacks buff if u want
