Why people in groups are so afraid to face Sigmas! Sigmas are like the tree in a storm, people always under estimate at first and try to blow them, when failed, then put way too much effort in trying to do the same. Always try the same few approaches and in the end, fails miserably. Just come face the Sigmas, why not come face Sigmas, but then again, when your group is full of jealousy, how can you. I had often wondered why so many 'above' me in the professional hierarchy in every job i've ever had were so threatened by me. These people became 'friction' for which I had to exhaust additional effort to overcome their road blocking and sometimes sabotaging behavior to remain successful. It’s not about making people scared or intimidated. It’s about showing your presence without being dominant. It’s about people respecting your opinion as well as respecting others. It’s about being quiet and listening until someone asks you your opinion. It’s about not dealing with bullshit and walking away from useless conversations. This makes people feel you are odd but it’s also about being yourself, not letting opinions hurt you and show you are confident and determined and you can complete difficult goals, even if it means with no one’s help!
