depends on the insulation foam used- BEST MAKE YOUR own plus you can shape them to be lego style. I made mine with pre-made styrox boards glue and two different thickness of osb

Do you have 0 insulation in your home? Are you just against spray foam? Fiberglass could also be a cancer causer.

Only cancerous if it burns. Sprinkler systems can mitigate this issue.
