So a genius dog is born, not created, or rather, it takes several generations of selective pressure.

We do not know at the moment if it is genetic, so we can't say if selection will have an effect (there is a good chance). It looks like some dogs are born with this talent but we can not exclude that it could be achieved with a lot of training.

@@shanydror7107 I was thinking of selection pressure in the past resulting in the entire breed, as a whole, being intelligent. Then as a smart breed you are likely to have more genius outliers. I would imagine training helps bring it out though.
