The Sniper Elite video game series has some interesting concepts applied to the sniping action, such as gravity, wind affecting shots, rifle settings, and modifications that change the outcome of the shots. These elements can only be truly appreciated when playing at higher difficulty levels. Obviously, those are kind of basic but are able to transmit the idea that sniping is not only about getting the target between the crosshair and pulling the trigger.
