One thing that I love so much is that they have started bringing out old, forgotten characters instead of relying on completely new and major characters (no problem with new characters but I have a problem that they often are only one-time). Ray and Mighty in Mania, Fang (generally an underrated antagonist) in Superstars, I hope they'll continue this trend (I'd like to see another version of Emerl/Gemerl for example).

I would love to see shadow as a playable character,i mean seriously he is the coolest boss (In SA2 he is a boss) also he is WAY different than sonic he has unique skills (ofc) and I believe you will be able to explore areas where sonic can't go (like knuckles)

The zone acts actually seem to have a system. The first zone is a normal 2 act zone, the second zone is a character zone with 2 acts and a character act (3 acts), then the third zone is more like a mini zone with one act (idk if the act is longer than normal acts). This repeats through out the world. 1 normal zone, 2 character zone, 3 mini zone. 4 normal zone, 5 character zone, 6 mini zone. 7 normal zone, 8 character zone, 9 mini zone. 10 and 11 break the cycle and swap. 10 is a character zone and 11 is a normal zone. This is to get act tails out of the way. I won’t spoil it, but there’s an obvious reason why act tails can’t be in zone 11. Zone 12 isn’t really called zone 12, but it’s by logic a mini zone. I won’t explain, because spoilers.

I love this series, I'm glad it's back, and I'm glad the humor and format are unchanged. However, I don't think the "trash" name works at all, and I think it should be changed again. You don't have to change it back to "triggered", but I think it should be changed to something like "infuriates you" as someone else suggested, or maybe "annoys you".
